THIS AUCTION IS PRELIMINARY ONLY: Being the high bidder on this auction DOES NOT guarantee you will win the breeding. Stallions on this auction that reach $1,000.00 or more by 7:00 pm CENTRAL Tuesday May 2nd, will move to the LIVE auction located at the Region 12 Championship show in Ocala, Florida on Wednesday evening, May 3rd. For stallions reaching $1,000.00 or more; if you are the high bidder on the online auction, you will be the first bidder at the live auction. If there are no additional bids at the live auction, you will be the winning bidder and will be notified after the live auction event. If there are additional bids at the live auction, the high bidder at the live auction will be the winning bidder of the breeding.

HORSES THAT DO NOT REACH $1,000.00, BY THE END OF THIS PRELIMINARY AUCTION: All horses that have not reached $1,000.00 by the end of bidding, will be placed on a second online auction starting Friday, May 5th and run until Monday, May 15th. If you are the high bidder on the preliminary auction, you will be the starting bidder on the second online auction. High bidders at the end of the second online auction will be the winning bidder of the breeding.
** AS A BIDDER, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO REVIEW ALL BREEDING CONTRACTS SO YOU ARE AWARE OF CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH THE BREEDING. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING CHARGES, CONTACT THE OWNER/BREEDING CONTACT LISTED ON THE LOT IN QUESTION. AUCTION CLOSING: The Preliminary Auction Closing time is 6:00 pm (Central time) on May 2nd. All lots will close at 6:00 pm.
PAYMENT: All high bidders at the end of the live auction must pay in full at the auction or make arrangements to pay in full by the end of May. Winning bids either not paid or have not had payment arrangements made with Deb (deb@ahtimes.com)by the end of May, will have the card provided run for the full amount. There will be a 5% credit card convenience fee added to all credit card payments.
