** BY BIDDING ON THIS AUCTION YOU ARE CONFIRMING YOU HAVE READ ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, SUMMARY, HAULING INFORMATION AND ARE AWARE OF ALL THE COSTS ASSOCIATED. 

AUCTION CLOSING: The Auction Closing time is 7:00 pm on CLOSING DATE.  All lots with no bids in the previous 5 minutes will close at 7:00 pm.  Any lots with bidding within 5 minutes of closing, will have 5 minutes added to their remaining time, each time a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes.  The bidding on those lots will continue until there have been no new bids in the last 5 minutes

Horses will remain at their location until payment is received.  Papers will not be transferred until payment has cleared the bank.  Horse(s) become the responsibility of the new owner at “the fall of the hammer”.   Board, at the current facility rate, will begin to be charged starting 5 days after the close of the auction

All transportation costs to transport the horse from it's current home to it's new home are the responsibility of the buyer.  All horses are located at Kiesner Training, Louisville TN
