Winning bidders will be notified that they have won via email at the close of the auction.  Payment information will come via email the day after the auction.  Payment options are credit card, check, cashier's check, cash or wire transfer.  There will be a 4% fee for all credit card and $50 wire transfer payments.  Horses will remain at their location until payment is received.  Buyers will be responsible for board at the current board rate of the facility starting 5 days after the close of the auction.  Papers will not be transferred until payment has cleared the bank.

AUCTION CLOSING: The Auction Closing time is 7:00 pm CST.  All lots with no bids in the previous 5 minutes will close at 7:00 pm.  Any lots with bidding within 5 minutes of closing, will have 5 minutes added to their remaining time, each time a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes.  The bidding on those lots will continue until there have been no new bids in the last 5 minutes. 

PAYMENT: Payment will be arranged through Arabian Horse Times.  Check, wire transfer or credit cards are acceptable.  Credit card payments will result in an additional 4% fee.

INSURANCE:  Immediate full mortality insurance coverage is effective upon the fall of the hammer, for the amount of the total purchase price for horses 18 years and under, specified perils for all others.  The insurance arranged by sale management, with C. Jarvis Insurance Agency of Aurora, Ohio, will remain in effect until the purchaser signs the contract or until midnight of the first business day after the sale, whichever occurs first, by which time it is the obligation of the new owner to arrange permanent insurance if desired. All coverages are subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions of the actual policy issued.

Horses will remain at their location until payment is received.  Papers will not be transferred until payment has cleared the bank.  Horse(s) become the responsibility of the new owner at “the fall of the hammer”.   Board, at the current facility rate, will begin to be charged starting 5 days after the close of the auction

All transportation costs to transport the horse from it's current home to it's new home are the responsibility of the buyer.
